Privacy notice

This site lists properties in Sushma Capital and is run by the Imaarat desk and team. We keep only what is needed to help you.

What we keep

• People who enquire: your name, phone number, message and whether you prefer a call or WhatsApp. Only the dealer's team sees it, and passes it to the listing's owner if that is needed.
• Owners: name, phone number, the listing details and photos. Phone numbers are never shown on the site. Photos have their location data (GPS) removed.
• People who ask for alerts: name, phone (and email if given) and what they are looking for. You can switch it off any time.
• Visitors: no ads and no trackers. How often a listing is viewed is counted without identifying you; your IP address is kept only as a scrambled code for a day or two, to stop abuse.
• Cookies: only your language choice and the dealer or team sign-in.

Who it is shared with

• It is never sold or shared for advertising.
